Well, ‘tis the season to be . . . shopping, hurrying and tired, trying to fit everything into your busy schedule before Christmas arrives. You may think it seems impossible to find enough time for yourself this holiday season but we’re here to remind you that we’re having our Emotional Freedom Technique nights on December 8th and 22nd and there is enough time if you want it.
I know, I know, who’s thinking about tapping three days before Christmas? Well, we are! We feel that this is perhaps the most important time to be tapping away the anxiety surrounding Christmas. The worries about family visits and getting different presents for each member of our family. What should I buy? Who should I invite? Where should we go? Some of you may even be depressed during this holiday season.
We know all about the problems of the season, but we also know the solutions for it. We will be at the Center waiting for you on December 8th and 22nd at 7:00 P.M. to join us in tapping away the bumps in the road and bring a greater sense of peacefulness to each of you this holiday season.
Everyone who joins us on December 8th session will receive $10.00 off the price of admission and, for those of you joining us on the 22nd, admission is free if you bring a new, wrapped present for a child to be donated to those in need. By the way, we will be having holiday snacks on the 22nd, so don’t forget to drop by.
We’re also holding a FREE Meditation for Peace on December 20th between 7-8:00 P.M. at the Center. So remember, make the Center for Inner Healing a place to visit for peace and tranquility during the holidays. Best regards,
Ted & Maria |

EFT TAPPING GROUP --
Borrowing Benefits
Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each Month
Next dates: December 8th and 22nd, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Cost: $25. for each session or 5 Sessions for $100. (a savings of $25!) Each week, we focus on a primary issue for the group such as stress, grief, anger, fears, etc. as it relates to each member. However, every member of the group will also get a chance to address whatever is bothering them at that time.
During these two hours, we work on one person's issues at a time while the group simultaneously taps on the same issues as it relates to them. This method works well for every member of the group since each of us has similar issues beneath the surface of what we think is bothering us. By tapping with the other person, your issues actually reduce as well - almost without trying. |
