Blessings,
I just returned this past weekend from an absolutely incredible healing weekend workshop in New York City with Master Teacher and Healer Derek O'Neill, who has been one of my teachers ever since I met him in January 2004 when I attended his workshop, "More Truth Will Set You Free" for the first time.
The workshops are filled with such love, compassion, light, deep healing, leprechaun humor, laughter, tears, and incredible music that heals your heart in ways you never thought possible. When you leave you feel completely connected to the love that you are, one with God and all your brothers and sisters and you just exude a glow of joy and bliss that you want to hug everyone you see so that they might feel the same.
To me he is a wonderful example of how one can heal the wounds of our past through forgiveness, understanding and desire to be whole as we surrender to the will of God and make a choice to put God first in our lives. If he can do it, so can the rest of us.

COULD YOU USE SOME HELP FALLING ASLEEP? PART 2 |

As we discussed in the last newsletter, there are a number of things that can help you get to sleep at night and while we think EFT is the best way to do it, there are also foods that can help you get to sleep. It's important to note that most of these foods are HIGH in calories, so they're not intended to be large meals before bedtime. That's probably the worst thing you can do to yourself because it will add the pounds on quicker than anything else. (Remember, that's how the Sumo wrestlers add and keep so much weight on themselves.)
If you're still resistant to using EFT, then these suggestions may help you fall asleep easier, however, these suggestions are not an excuse to load up on lots of high calorie foods or carbohydrates. Whatever you eat after 7 PM should be extremely light in portion size. (Maria maintains you should never eat after 7 PM, but she also goes to sleep by 9 PM which makes it a lot easier to stick with it.)
